Message frequency varies based on alert settings and system events. Typically 1-10 messages per week depending on facility activity and alert thresholds. Multiple messages may be sent per day during high-activity periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. MBMB, LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS alerts from Car Wash Minder."

You will receive: "Car Wash Minder by MBMB, LLC. For help call (206) 618-6881 or email info@carwashminder.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

8. Opt-In Confirmation

When SMS consent is given, the user receives a one-time confirmation message:

"MBMB, LLC: You are now subscribed to Car Wash Minder alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

SMS alerts are entirely optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the Car Wash Minder service. The service functions fully without SMS alerts enabled.

11. Data Sharing
